We will no longer be offering refunds. However, we will only offer exchanges for select items. Please note that the exchange policy does not apply to bodysuits or undergarments. Items for exchange must be returned in their original packaging and in the same condition as received. Upon receipt of the item/s, they will be examined, and the decision regarding the exchange will be at our discretion, as we ensure thorough checks on our items before sale. The customer is solely responsible for all shipping and delivery costs, except in cases where there was a definite error on our part. Exchange requests must be made within three (3) days of purchase.
